First time to do pilates and this is a brilliant beginner's programme. Really enjoyed it and found big improvement in... strength in my legs when running. I've been doing Eoin's online Sports Pilates classes for 13 weeks now and I love his classes. The reason I started... doing Eoin's classes was to get my running speed back to where it was pre-pregnancy, I was 9 months post partum when I started. In those 13 weeks, my speed has increased and I feel like, for the first time ever, that my running style is a lot lighter on my feet. I cannot recommend Eoin's classes enough. I started Eoin's online classes about 8 weeks ago to make myself a bit more durable after a string of injuries. Not... only have my usual weak spots not been an issue since, but I've seen a marked improvement in my strength on hilly routes that I've been running for years. I remember struggling to walk in to Eoins clinic before my first appointment, my lower back was in bad shape. However... after my 4th session I literally skipped out. I attended Solutions Physiotherapy after receiving soft issue injuries in my lower back and neck after a road traffic... accident. I noticed improvements immediately with treatment and prescribed exercises with video demonstration explaining exercise technique and rationale. My job requires a lot of sitting and with a two hour commute to work these exercises are crucial in my recovery. I also started attending Pilates classes with Solutions Physiotherapy and I find my core muscles and lower back are significantly stronger with each class. My hip mobility and strength is also starting to improve after four weeks of Pilates. I find I am moving a lot better now in my daily life and I am on the recovery route with the aim to return to sport. I cannot recommend Eoin and the Pilates classes (Ger) enough. Thank you.read more

Can't recommend Eoin highly enough _ pulled a disc in my back about a month ago and after trying to get an appointment... for the best part of a day the only person who replied was Eoin _ says a lot about him that he took the time to call back _ I could barely walk into him and within 40 minutes I could walk home _ I've been going weekly up to now and so much better _ he is so knowledgeable and explains everything to you and set a program for me. I brought my son to see him as he was having problem with a muscle in his leg and was able to find the problem and alleviated the pain almost immediately _ Eoin is a genuine professional who I will recommend to anyone having any injury or back problemsread more

I went in with a list of issues; hips, ankle and knee... all stemming from a car running over my foot, was preventing me from running which is a serious passion of mine. Highly recommend Eoin's pilates classes, most notably the Sports Pilates class that I am familiar with. The various... exercises completely assist and improve body flexibility, strength and posture for whatever one does on a daily basis. I have done 2 blocks with solutions physiotherapy, it is an excellent class. would never have done pilates before so... didn't know what to expect. Highly recommend Eoin! Was having bad knee / Hamstring pain while running and training that was starting to effect my... quality of training and having an impact. On my first visit to Eoin he found the problem straight away and got too work! I cant recommend Eoin enough, I had been in constant pain with my knee for about 6 weeks, doctor couldn't find anything... wrong, a friend suggested I go see Eoin and I had my first visit last Monday where he diagnosed my problem immediately, after a session of treatment and my first ever acupuncture my pain had ease by more than half, I ha my second lot of treatment tonight and again my knee has improved more. I cant thank Eoin enough, he is a genuine nice guy who will do whatever he can to help you and will stick with you. My advice to anyone,,,,dont suffer in pain, give Eoin a callread more

I have to say I love Eoin's class. It's really helped cut right back on my Physio visits and keep my glutes working as... they should. It's also helped my stay free from injury for longer which enables me to compete in long distance events. It also means I do the exercise I should be doing at home.

I was experiencing severe back pain that was stopping me in my tracks after only a few minutes of rowing at a high... intensity. Eoin methodically assessed my range of movement to diagnose the problem, expertly explained the physiology to me, and carried out a treatment that provided immediate relief and allowed me to resume training a few days later. I can't recommend eoin Everard highly enough to others. He is a top class physio. Having picked up a knee injury from... running eoin was the only person to get me pain free. After a very thorough initial assessment he set out an individualised strengthening programme of about 7 different exercises all of which were very manageable. After 7 weeks and 4 physio sessions of needling and massaging treatment I am now injury free and can't wait to get back running. I've Been suffering from considerable knee and back pain for the past 3 years. I've pretty much tried all the quick ... fix "solutions" only to watch the same injuries resurface. Eoin came highly recommended and after the extensive screening and treatment he developed an impressive bespoke programme for me. I have adhered to the programme and his guidance and after 4 weeks a lot of the pain, stiffness and discomfort has significantly reduced. I'd been developing shin splits on and off for the past 3 years which stopped me progressing past 5km runs. I went to... see a number of physios but the problem kept returning. I have had ongoing issues with my left calf for the last couple of years with injuries preventing me from running for... up to 4 months at a time .I have visited a few PT with my injuries but Eoin is the only physio where I'm starting to see progress .On my first visit he did a thorough assessment of both legs,core and balance.From this he created a strengthening programme for me which I do on a regular basis along with dry needling and massage.I am now finally running pain free with better form .What I like about Eoin is he doesn't bring you back for unnecessary sessions which I have found to be the case with other PT I have visited.I cannot recommend Eoin highly enough as a physio.read more

I was having calf problems for the last few months,i was recommended to Eoin. I had a couple of sessions with Eoin,... using massage techniques and needles he was setting me on my way to recovery.I have changed my running style with the advise with eoin.I have certain exercises to do every day,from working the core muscles to hip strength and balance. I can't recommend solutions physiotherapy enough. I've been running for years but it's only in the last 6 months I... feel I've been running properly. Eoin has corrected my form, resulting in faster times in races, a more comfortable running style, and less injurys. As an ultra runner I would not be able to make it to the start line if it wasn't for Eoin Everard.
